Add/edit RSS feeds at the site

  Does anybody know how,i mean, slowly-step by step, to add RSS feeds to the new website design at WordPress? We who attend college and can’t afford to even consider an upgrade. I’d appreciate any help

  You can add the RSS icon (linked to your feed) to a Text Widget from Appearance -> Widgets. The following article explains how to accomplish such: http://faq.wordpress.com/2006/10/23/put-your-feed-in-your-sidebar/
