Adding 3-5 Day Weather Forecasts to your sidebar

I have just moved from windows.spaces.live to wordpress.com. I miss my weather widget since I write on cruises and always show the weather as we approach ports (today + 3-5 day forecast). In trying to get my weather widget on the sidebar of my new wordpress site I’m told by wordpress they don’t have such a widget. I tried to get a weather plug-in from the forums and then I find you can not use wordpress.org plug-ins on my wordpress.com site. I’m now lost and appeal to all of you to help me get my weather feature. thanks in advance for any sugguestions. Gary Guertin

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If you can find one that is written in flash, then it is entirely possible to use the gigya shortcode to put it into your sidebar. Take a look at this post by Panos that offers some weather widgets.

There are several HTML-only widgets that also work. I was using the Weather Pixie, but it’s down right now. Just try googling for one and you should find it.
