Adding a 2nd CNAME record to use my wordpress.com domain with www on Godaddy

    Hi ! Thanks for this great support document. Have tried exactly everything that you have mentioned, but to no avail.

    I just can think of one possible reason – I have my emails configured with zoho, so my CNAME is already modified. Since Godaddy shows my domain with www I followed the above steps to add a second CNAME record with * . Please let me know if this is possible, or if should try something else.

    My domain is thecomunicon.com registered with wordpress, hosting is with Godaddy.

    Hi there,

    I’ve been reviewing your site, and while your domain is definitely registered here with us, it is also hosted at WordPress.com as well at present (not GoDaddy). Your MX records look OK, but I’m not very familiar with Zoho as an email provider. Can you give me the MX records which they provided you which you’re supposed to use so I can see what might be going awry?

    You also may want to check in with Zoho and see if they can do a lookup online and see if your MX records are correct and if not, what are wrong?
