Adding a Back to Site link above the Header

I have a wordpress.com blog and the custom css upgrade and I have modified the Kubrick theme. I would like to add a small, short graphic above the header that I could make link back to our website. Is this possible to do in the css stylesheet?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Ummm … I’m thinking section 2, 5th bullet of the TOS makes it clear that wordpress.com blogs cannot be used to drive traffic to third party sites.
http://wordpress.com/tos/I’m thinking a link to your website [ a small, short graphic above the header that I could make link back to our website] that loads every time your wordpress.com blog loads is what is contemplated by that section.
I recommend contacting Staff and running that idea by them http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/
