Adding a banner through HTML

  Hello! I’m trying to add my Amazon Associate link to my front page. The image shows up while I’m editing the post, but when I click submit or ‘publish’ it just turns into a link and no picture.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi! Are you trying to use a Text and Image link?

  To be able to use the affiliate link on WordPress.com, you’ll need to choose either the Text Only or Image Only tabs. The Text and Image link type won’t work on WordPress.com.
