Adding a banner to my WordPress site

  Hi WordPress, I would like to add a banner to http://www.hemalovesfashion.com. Would that be possible? If so how can I do it? I have a link to add. Would appreciate any help you could offer.

  When you say “banner”, do you mean a header graphic or a banner advertisement? Please note that all outside advertising is against the WordPress.com Terms of Service.
