Adding a blog

Hello, we are hoping to add a blog to our wordpress designed website. How could I go about adding this? Would you be able to add a template to our side that would allow us to have a blog?

Here is our site. Thanks for your help! We currently have content blocks that we can use, but a blog block is not available. We are also wondering if we will be able to organize the posts monthly, or if we need the site to be designed by someone else. -
Thanks for providing your URL. It looks like your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted at GoDaddy.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
