Adding a Bottom Bar to a Layout

  I am using K2-lite theme, which has no bottom bar. The theme has no bottom bar, however, I have the Custom CSS Upgrade, and I am curious to know if there is any way to add a bottom bar to a layout which has no bottom bar. Basically, is there a code for adding a bottom bar to a layout? Thanks in advance!
