Adding a carousel onto another image

    I’ve been asked to add an image carousel onto an image of a tv screen, so it looks like different images coming up on the tv screen on the website.

    A great idea… but how? How do I layer that? I’ve got an image of a tv screen with the transparent screen on it and saved as a png… but how do you then put an image slide into the middle of it.

    Is there a plugin that can maybe use the image as a border?
