Adding a category archive as a subsection of a page

Hi, I’m trying to add a category archive as a subsection of a page. As in, there is a decent amount of permanent text on the page, and at the end there is a title “Print/Audio/Visual” and then all of the posts under that category appear underneath in the same format as they would in a category archive. I do not want a list format like what would appear if I used display posts shortcode.

I think it is possible using CSS but I am not sure, does anyone have any ideas?

    Thanks!

The Display Posts shortcode is indeed the method I’d suggest. The default bullet-list format can be changed by adding the div attribute to the shortcode and tweaking the look and feel with custom CSS as needed.

Give this a try for a start:

    [display-posts category="uncategorized" wrapper="div"]

Replace “uncategorized” with your category slug, which is the category name as it appears in the URL in your browser’s address bar when you visit the category.

If you need help tweaking the styling more at that point, just provide a link to the page or post where you’ve used the shortcode (even if it’s still a draft) and let me know in what way you’d like to modify it.
