adding a category tab

  I am using Spring Loaded theme. I have 3 tabs for pages but I would like to add tabs for categories. I added a category menu called recipes, and I hit save menu, but I can’t get it to show up in my main menu. In the categories box I hit the check box and then hit add to menu and save menu but I still can’t get it to show up as a tab.

  Typically the step that is missed when doing a custom menu is going to the “theme locations” module at upper left and selecting the new custom menu name from the “primary location” pulldown and then clicking “save” in that module.
