Adding a CC to my WordPress

  Everytime I go to create a shopping label it redirects me log into another WordPress Acct. I’m so confused.

  Hi @anastas10s,

  I have a self-hosted website, honeybabehair.com, for which I’m using the WooCommerce plugin. I have an order I need to fulfill and print a shipping label for. However, when clicking the button to “add a credit card” I’m redirected to login to my WordPress account. This is happening from within my WP admin — specifically the WooCommerce plugin where I can view/edit orders.

  The second problem is, after adding a CC, I’m still unable to print the shipping label.

  Shouldn’t be this difficult. Any help you can provide is appreciated!

  I see -thanks for providing your site URL.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.

  @honeybabe21 a quick follow-up.

  Meanwhile, after replying to you earlier, I’ve set up a fresh test WooCommerce installation and added the “WooCommerce Shipping & Tax” plugin and a test product. Faced no issues.

  Kindly make sure that all required steps are completed successfully, as described here:

  WooCommerce Shipping & Tax

  Mind you, Jetpack needs to be installed, activated and connected also. Apart from the obvious “WooCommerce” and “WooCommerce Shipping & Tax” that is.

  Finally, since you are describing a redirect loop issue: make sure you are using the same WordPress.com account for connecting all the required plugins and their functionality. :)
