Adding a Chat Box

  Hello,
  I am sure you guys have heard of Xat… they offer Chat Boxes, Polls, Surveys, ext.. they offer a lot of stuff. In order to have viewers go to my chat, they need to click a link. I am quite aware that WordPress does not allow HTML codes, but do they allow any other way to get a code into them? Is there a FREE way (without purchase) to post ANY HTML codes or maybe any way of putting my Xat ChatBox on my blog?
