Adding a Clickable Phone Number to Top of Eighties Theme

  I want to add our phone number to the top of our site, visible on all pages, and clickable so people can just click and call from their smart phone. I was able to fumble my way through coding the social media icons but I really don’t know anything about HTML. Help?
