Adding a comment, on home page

  I have recieved permission form one of my readers to add their comment to my home page as an encouragment to investigate my site. How can I do this, so it remains there?

  Instead of just as a comment on a post page? You cannot.

  You could make a whole new post, containing only their comment. Or you could put it in a Text Widget or, depending on theme, an Alert Box or Sticky post.
