Adding a comments box and 'Share this' section at the end of every post.

I’m trying to add a comment box at the end of every post, and also some icons so people can share my post. How do I do this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

There is a comments box and icons at the bottom of each post but you need to click on the title of each post to see them. As all themes work differently perhaps it is a “feature” of the theme you’re using.
