Adding A Contact Form

  Add Contact Form
  When I add the contact form to my page and then preview the form on the page, my information is filled in on the contact form, even though the form shows as being blank prior to being added to the page. How do I remove my contact information so that the form is blank and ready to be filled out by my readers when they visit my contact page?

  Hi there – That information only shows to you while you are logged into your WordPress.com account. Everyone else will see their own information if logged in, or blank if logged out.

  To check how that looks, try logging out of WordPress.com altogether and then loading the form.
