Adding a counter code

  I am having difficulty installing a code counter.
  Do I just install it on the main blog page or each post as well?
  Can I install an outside counter or can I only use the stats on wordpress.
  If I only use the stats on wordpress how can I get it to not count my computer. It seems to be counting me even when I am not signed in.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  YOu can install outside counters, as long as they do not use iframes, javascript, or flash. Generally they are installed in a text widget.

  If you are not signed in, it WILL count you.
