Adding a custom built theme and database into wordpress

  is it possible to upload our own custom theme and database and if so how we can gain access to the ftp account in order to do this ?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  It would not be possible to upload your own custom theme and database on WordPress.com, and we also don’t allow FTP access either. You can find more information on this below:

  If this is what you would like to do, I highly recommend looking at the self-hosted, WordPress.org:
