Adding a Drop Down menu to a PAGE

    my blog conquerwithconfidence, I am very frustrated with trying to add a DROP DOWN MENU to the ‘Campus’ tab. my blog is designed to have helpful tips based by subject. So under the campus tab, I want readers to scroll over it and a drop down menu will offer an ARRAY of posts I have made(will make) I have tried a lot of forums and none of them have helped me; something about ‘categories’ and ‘menu’ is there anyway to call me 562 215 2767 if not email me
