    iContact is a one-stop shop for email marketing and social media marketing. Note that when people (1) provide an email address to subscribe to our blogs to recieve updates by email and/or (2) provide an email address to submit comments on our posts, they provide the email address only for the porpose stated.

    We cannot use form codes on free hosted WordPress.com blogs. If you wish to create a static page and then you can place this contact form on it. Above the shortcode you can clearly state what the information provided by readers will be used for.

    Yes indeed and they are self hosted WordPress.org installs.

    That is a self hosted WordPress.org install which runs on different software. She pays for web hosting (perfora.net). Your blog is a free hosted WordPress.com blog. Her’s is a WordPress.org install.

    It doesn’t look like a WordPress.com blog, for one thing, it doesn’t say so at the bottom of the home page.

    @absurdoldbird
    Footer links and lack of an Admin bar are a clue but they aren’t definitive.
    It isn’t a free hosted WordPress.com blog.
    I checked this out even to the extent of doing a whois search.
    It’s a WordPress.org install.

    You would have to hire a web host and set up a self hosted WordPress.org install and move your blog content from your WordPress.com free hosted blog into it. http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/
