Adding a forum to my blog

  Hi, I want to add a forum to my blog to engage my readers. Is this possible?
  Is it possible without losing the impressions to a third party hosting site?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  There is no forum that you can embed into a free hosted WordPress.com blog. You have three free options: http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/2012/04/23/wordpress-com-forum-options/

  I have the actual domain name, does that not make any difference?

  No. When you purchase a domain mapping upgrade as I did for my blogs you get what you pay for and nothing more. http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/#important-notes-before-upgrading There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com and we cannot install any plugins.
