Adding a forum to my blog

  I host a blog on breakthrough biology. I would like to add a Tal.ki forum to my blog so that my friends can discuss things through their facebook id’s. Can someone please explain, in simple steps, how to do so?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  There no chatboxes, message boards, forums or wikis that you can embed into a free hosted WordPress.com blog.
