Adding a free theme to a free website. Is this even possible?

  I found a beautiful free theme through wordpress.org. However there seems to be no way to add it to my website through the admin dashboard. I’m currently set up with a free site and I’m wondering if that’s limiting my theme options? Upgrading isn’t an option right now. Just want to know if I should stop putting energy into trying to add this theme and move on.
  I am not the most techy person and this is giving me a headache.

  Hi

  You cannot add themes on your free plan of wordpress as the feature is only available in Business plan of wordpress https://wordpress.com/pricing/

  In case you want to upload another theme, consider upgrading to the business plan.
