Adding a header image from a link?

  Hey i am just wondering if i can insert a header image by its URL on my blog? I have been looking and i cant find it on the header image page.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No you can’t. The image has to be uploaded into your blog so it’s on WordPress.COM servers and in your Media Library.

  Yes but why does it let you do it on posts then?
