  I don’t think you can, for the same reason you can’t add adsense, edit themes, etc.

  There’s a minimal “stats” section through admin.

  Well, you can check good amount of your stats, Search Engine Terms, etc in your Dashboard but as ^ said, Most Hit Coutners are either in PHP or Javascript so NOT Allowed.. I would definitely like a Stat Counter counter which rocks.!

  I have been trying to get “Statcounter” to work but so far have had no luck.

  They offer a strictly HTML version and thought I could add it into the links section in the same mannor as my subscribe buttons. When I have more time I’ll play with it some more and report the status.
