Adding a homepage to my menu

I have read all of the tutorials on static vs. dynamic pages… I do not want a static homepage. What I would like to do is have a homepage on my menu where viewers can click on to be re-directed to my posts (main page). For example, right now if someone clicks on a search engine link to my sight they are most likely directed to a specific post. I would like them to be able to click on “home” to see my most recent posts from there (posts/main page). I’m not sure how to do this, but I”m sure it must be possible.
