Adding a hyperlink to a menu item

  Hi
  I want to link one of my menu items (international travel seminars to an external website.) I want to land on the external site when i click on the menu item and not have to wait for that internal page to load and then click on the link? Is there a way to shorten the process? Thanks

  You can certainly link external sites to your menu items.

  Check the Additional menu items of the Custom Menus support guide: https://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/#additional-menu-items

  Link is the second bullet in the list and check the info under first screenshot on how to add links.

  Give it a try and let me know how it goes.
