Adding a image link in the main page header

  I am trying to add a image link in the main header of my blog. Just so you know what I’m trying to do http://www.lowerhousecc.com/index the image that says CLA-UK. How would i make that clickable?

  The blog link attached to your username is borked. However, suffice to say that if you have a wordpress.com hosted blog you cannot add an image link to the header. We cannot access our underlying templates here or edit them. As we are on a multi-user blogging platform if we could then the edits would effect all blogs with the same theme. Your blog’s title is the link to your blog.
