Adding a jpeg logo

  I am working with the Florance theme at http://www.mysteryartcontest.com and would like to add a jpeg logo in the place of the text “Mystery Art Contest” just not sure how or where to place it in the code or if there is a more direct method. any help is greatly appreciated. THANKS
