Adding a jpg image to home page

  Hello,
  I know I did this once before, but I can’t figure out how I did it! How do I add a jpg to my home page? And how do I make it a click-through URL (so if someone clicks on it, you go to the website?

  The front page is by default the only page in the blog that all published posts are displayed on. Your theme has a header image > Appearance > Themes is that what you are referring to?
