adding a link as one of the pages on my home page
-
When you sign up with your domain, wordpress gives you a “home” and “about” tab. How can I add something like “google” next to it? I try to go into pages to link to another website, but it doesn’t let me.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi. In order to assist you, we need the URL of your blog, starting with http:// please. Thanks.

I think I got it (test tab) but there has to be another way for it
I came across this link for help….. http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/2009/03/26/page-tabs-as-external-links/

Hi fieldsy1024,
You could use a custom menu, have a look here please: http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/

Custom menu isn’t appearing!
Go to the custom menu page in the dashboard Appearance > Menus and in the “Theme Location” module on the upper left select your custom menu from the pulldown and then click “save”. -
Note that we no longer have to use the work around you linked to above as we can add Custom Links to custom menus. In your case that link would be http://greatweigh.com
Note there is no “www”. -
