You just need to add the destination URL with the Insert/Edit link in the post editor menu bar.
For a sidebar image, you’ll need to make the appropriate modification in the image or text widget performing as a button.

That should have been “Insert/edit link tab.” It’s on the top row of the menu bar above the editor window, and looks like a set of chain links.

Thats where I put the link and it looks correct but when I click on the picture it takes me to the wrong address

If you’ve checked the link in the editor, then I don’t know what would cause it to go to the wrong destination URL. Note however that http://lindadsuarez.wordpress.com/www.facebook.com/linda.d.munoz.9 (which is marked Page Not found) is so long, so many characters in length, that some of it will be cut off in the visible part of the Insert/Edit links box.
Check again, to be sure the URL in that box is http://www.facebook.com/linda.d.munoz.9.If that doesn’t do the trick, I might ask for Staff assistance if I figure out how to.

This happens when you leave in the automatically placed http and then paste your link including http on top of that, so you have two https in one link. Just edit it and take EVERYTHING out then paste in the correct link.
