Adding a link on a static page

  I once listed some book chapters in Chronological order on my Index, comment spot, and can’t seem to remember how I did it.

  When I click the (link) as it is in the HTML mode, it doesn’t give a place for the TITLE that I would choose for the Link, and I don’t see a tab for the VIEW method. I also tried the way that I did it before, from these instructions: http://en.support.wordpress.com/write-a-book/
  Please advise

  I still don’t know how I did in the Comment Spot originally, but, I added it to the main page…so, it’s good enough.
