Adding a link removed formatting–why?

  Apologies first–I’m brand-spankin’ new to WordPress, so please be gentle.

  My question/problem is: How do I link to another web page without losing formatting? I have the following, which looks lovely:

  [call_to_action_3 animation=”” title=”Other InHealth Services” subtitle=”Billing | IT | Transcription”]

  However, when I add a link to the “IT” text to go out to http://www.inhealthtechnology.net, the subtitle completely disappears. Why? I’d like to be able to link to our other websites, but not sure how if the text is going to disappear. Any thoughts/suggestions?

  Hi, you are in the wrong forum,
  This forum is for blogs/sites hosted in WordPress.com.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  And you should ask in the WordPress.org forum
