Adding a link that isn't part of your widget category?

  HI, I’m doing a fundraiser for a charity in January 2013, and I’d like to add a link to the page on my blog? Is this allowed or possible? I don’t seem to be able to get it to work on the widget thing?
  It’s a Just Giving Page.

  Do you mean adding a link to your sidebar? If so, please give our Links Widget a try.

  Thanks. I’ve done that. What I’m wanting to do is put a link like you would put a FB page link? When I do it with the blogroll thing, it just comes out as words? Sorry, I’m a bit technically inept, so maybe not making what I want to do clear?

  Where did you try to add this link exactly?

  I do see several links of yours at https://themadhouseofcatsandbabies.wordpress.com/wp-admin/link-manager.php

  I added it to the link/blogroll thing, but it doesn’t work. Just comes up as the link.
  Is there a way to add things like we do with the Facebook page widget? Basically I want something like that, for my Just Giving page?

  It’s not possible to get a similar widget as Facebook for links. I enabled the Links Widget for you, it now appears at the bottom of your sidebar.

  You can move the Links Widget to a different position at https://themadhouseofcatsandbabies.wordpress.com/wp-admin/widgets.php
