Adding a link to an external site in blog hash theme

Hello all,
I have added a header to my site. I am using the blog hash theme. I would add a clickable link to go to an external site.
The image is already on the page and I am trying to have it be clickable to go to

Thank you for your reply, I can add general images and link them, but this is specifically for the header. I cannot seem to direct it to link for people to click on. If you go to http://www.hear2zen.com there is a blue banner at the top of the page, I would like that banner to be clickable so people will go to a website to purchase this artists album
