Adding a menu to a specific part of an image.

    Hello, I have an image that has several clickable sections. I would like a menu that appears on click that has a slider for a customer to give me a number. The goal is for them to click different parts of a car and tell me how many dents are in that specific section of the vehicle. I have made an SVG file and sectioned off the door so that it is clickable but don’t know how to add a menu when they click on it and have it store the info. For instance: they click the driver door, slide to 2 dents and have it say driver door: dents.
