Adding a new admin isn't working

  I added a new admin to my brand new account and she accepted via the email she received from wordpress but she doesn’t show up as a user. It still shows her under past invites as waiting. What’s the problem?

  Hi there. Was she logged in to her WordPress.com account when she clicked the confirmation link? For some reason it only works if a person is actively logged in while clicking the link, so please ask her to try that again.

  You can also try cancelling the invitation and then resending it.

  Let us know if it still won’t work.
