Adding a new administrator

Hello!
I am trying to help a new employee create her first WordPress account. She has tried to link it to her work email and everything goes smoothly until we get to the part where it asks her to check her email for a link that will confirm her account. Nothing ever shows up despite the email being entered correctly. Any guidance you can offer is greatly appreciated.WP.com: Unknown

Hi,
First, I would want your website URL.
If you use website managed by wordpress.com, then you should add users using Dashboard-> Users -> invite users.

After your inputs, I would consider adding staff here.

To help with that we’ll need the account holder to comment here herself.
Please ask your employee to reply to this forum thread, the we can check her account, and whether the verification emails might not be getting delivered for some reason.
A WordPress.com username account doesn’t need to be verified in order for someone to post here in the forums :)
