Adding a New Author (Problem)

  I created a test user for myself, have a registered WordPress account (tom2sharon), and send an invitation to tom2sharon which I accepted as same. But when I log in on gotcll.com as tom2sharon I don’t arrive at the landing page of that blog but rather get a page that says “tom2sharon.wordpress.com doesn’t exist”, and when I log in as the owner (webmaster4gotcll) of the site, tom2sharon appears as invited and accepted, but not in the User list.

  Did you invite the user with a user role (author, editor, etc) or just as a viewer?

  I recommend re-inviting at this point, but make sure you choose a user role.
