Adding a New Blog

  I am looking to add another blog to my assortment of 3 WordPress blogs. I was able to access the help page as I stay logged in but I could not find a link for Add a New WordPress site. Does that link/option still exist?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
