Adding a new category using the IOS app and voiceover?

    hello again.
    Once again I need help. I have some categories on my blog and would like to add more. The last ones I created I used the computer. However, my computer is so old that it is slow to use, so I prefer to use the IOS app to manage my blog. Is there any way to create a category using the IOS app and voiceover? Also, just a heads up, when creating a new post, the button that is supposed to give you more options like to switch to another category is not labeled correctly. All voiceover says is “button.” Thank you all for your help.
