adding a new domain hosted by go daddy

  I had heard that to make a new site you needed to register a domain first so i have used my husbands account with go daddy and registered a a domain but i can’t add it to my wordpress account

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Are you trying to add the GoDaddy domain to your WordPress.com account?

  The reason I am clarifying is that there are 2 different versions of WordPress. What happens here at WordPress.com is a bit different from the installation of the WordPress software that you use with a hosting company.
