adding a new page but it doesn't appear in my menu bar at the top of my blog

  Hi, I’m adding a new page so I can link certain posts on my blog to certain pages. My home page isn’t static but I don’t want my readers to have to scroll through loads of content to find certain recipes etc. I’m creating a page called recipes but it isn’t appearing on my menu bar at the top and I can’t work out why

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
