Adding a new site to WordPress Homepage

I have three websites that I work on. Two of them are hosted by WordPress and the third is a self-hosted site. On my WordPress iPhone app, all three websites are showing. However, when I log in on the computer my self-hosted site is not there.
I need to be able to access it on the computer, to sort out a couple of other issues I am having with Social media links, and not being able to add images to my self-hosted site from my phone.

I would like you to know that this is a public forum that provides support only for the sites hosted on WordPress.com.

What is the address of the self-hosted site? It’s possible you have it connected via Jetpack to a different WordPress.com account, but I don’t see any Jetpack connections for the
verdantlivingnzaccount you’re using to post here. -
Thanks. The website is Verdantdesign.co.nz . that one has a jet pack plug in and is self hosted.
Verdant Living is hosted by WordPress. But not the one I have the problem with. -
