  I try to add a new theme on WordPress but can’t find the button.

  You find WordPress.com themes at https://wordpress.com/themes. Any other “wordpress” theme you find on the Interweb are designed for sites hosted elsewhere using the WordPress.org software. They can be used here by upgrading to a Business plan.
