adding a new user

    I added a new user with ‘editor’ role, but when I log in with the new username (chrisfearnley) it only allowed me to create a new blog, rather than edit the original

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    I’m not sure I understand. Did you add yourself as a new user or someone else?

    To add yourself:

    1. Log out of WordPress.com.
    2. Sign up ONLY FOR A USERNAME (look in the right sidebar text). You will need a second different email address.
    3. In the email, verify you are human and click all the right links.
    4. Log out of WordPress.com.
    5. Log in as your first username.
    6. Invite yourself with the second email address or username and set it to editor.
    7. Go to your email and click the accept links.
    8. The second user is now added to the site with whatever user role you chose.
    9. To test, log out and log back in with the second login and it should work.
