adding a new word press theme

  I recently bought a prefab word press theme from Word-Press Designers. I have no clue how to upload it…can anyone tell me how to get it rolling?

  You cannot upload external themes to your WordPress.com blog. This type of functionality is only permitted using the WordPress.org software.

  If you are savvy enough with CSS, you can customize any of the themes from Design -> Themes to your liking.
