google has cached a page of my blog with personal information on it. i have updated the page to remove it, but a search still locates the cached page.
i have downloaded “Meta Robots” WordPress Plugin, but am unclear on how to add it to my blog. It says select the “Plugins” menu on my dashboard, but as far as i can tell, there is no such menu. please help. any alternative suggestions are also appreciated.

You can’t do plugins on WordPress.com.
Check out this faq about asking search engines not to index you. No guarantee they will abide by it, but it will work about the same as the plugin mentioned. The cached pages should drop out in a couple months.
Google has a way to speed up the process. Check out their webmaster tools for info. And don’t forget that there are a ton of search engines that may have cached your info. Might be worth checking out a few to see if they picked up the private info.
